Hall Rental

Your next gathering starts here!

Rent the Firehall for your next party, meeting, or event. The spacious hall (50 x 24 ft) seats up to 112 people (tables and chairs included) with a full-service kitchen available. **Fees**

- Activity Room — $50 (use of ice machine & refrigerators included)

- Kitchen — $25 (stove/oven, dishes)

- Deposit — $50, refundable upon completion of the cleaning list below

Activity Room and Kitchen fees are not required for: active Warren Twp firefighters/EMTs, active associate members, active auxiliary members, Warren Township residents observing Silver, Golden or Diamond anniversaries, or families of deceased Warren Township residents holding a dinner/gathering.

**Application & Payment**

1. Application and payment must be completed prior to the day of rental.

2. The Firehall chairperson will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your emailed application. If you have not been contacted, call/text 740-629-8944.

3. Payments and walk-throughs for all rentals in a given month are scheduled at the end of the preceding month.

4. Deposits are returned at the end of the month in which the rental occurred.

5. If you arrive to find the facility not in clean condition, contact the Firehall chairperson immediately — the number is located near the phone in the hall. You will be responsible for all cleanup on the day of your rental.

**Rules**

- No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises

- Smoking is not permitted in the building — a receptacle is provided outside the main door

- No rowdiness will be permitted

- Tape is not permitted on ceilings, walls, or floors

- Chairs and tables are not loaned out

- No use of the whiteboard

- There is no public Wi-Fi

- All trash is disposed of in the dumpster located in the parking area

- Parking: use the lot only. Parking is not permitted in front of the building, on the yellow zone, on the opposite side of the building, or in either lane leaving the lot

**Cleaning List**

- Main Hall & behind bar: sweep, mop, wipe down counters, remove trash and replace bags, turn off lights

- Entrance Hall: sweep, mop (light turns off automatically)

- Bathrooms: sweep, mop, remove trash if cans are half full or more (or contain a dirty diaper) and replace bags, clean toilets and sinks, turn off lights

- Kitchen: sweep, mop, wipe down counters, wash and put away any used dishes/utensils, remove your food from refrigerators, ensure no ice scoops are left in the ice machine, place dirty towels in the bag located on the counter, turn off lights and leave the door open

**Fine Print**

- Occupancy of the Dining Hall is limited to 112 people

- Warren Township Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to deny use of the facilities to groups who fail to comply with these rules and regulations

- By adding your name to the Event document, you are agreeing to and understanding the above policies and regulations

**Hold Harmless Agreement**

For and in consideration of the permission to use the above described facility, you agree to acquit, discharge and covenant to hold harmless the Township of Warren, its officers, employees, servants and agents, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of service, expenses and compensation, on account of, or in any way growing out of, any and all personal injury or property damage which may result to group/organization members as a result of participation in the aforementioned activity at the above described facility.
